At Record Re-animator, we pride ourselves on bringing your dusty and dirty vinyl records back to life or even your new ones that may sound sound dull from pressing residue.

Utilizing The Kirmuss restoration system we can offer a basic ultrasonic cleaning all the way up to a full Kirmuss restoration process.

The later removing not only dirt but built up residue/cleaning solutions and release agents.

All records are contaminated with a wide variety of noise generating substances. Further, if left in place they contribute not only to sonic degradation, but a significant increase in wear. Record Re-animator offers a convenient solution to maximize your vinyl musical experience:

Preparing for a mobile appointment :

1: Select records for cleaning and determine the type of cleaning level selected for each. [Printable Work Order/Price Calculator here ]

2: We require a space with an outlet and room for a 4'x6' workstation

3: A minimum $60 mobile appointment will last approximately 45-60 min. (depending on cleaning levels used)

4: Schedule a mobile appointment and make a payment.

$30.00 Deposit is required.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations after 48 Hours .

Pickup and Delivery option is available for an additional $15.00 fee and total cost of service invoice must be paid at time of pickup. (Turnaround times vary depending on our schedule )

Mobile service on site procedure

When we arrive for the scheduled appointment , we will :

Answer any questions you may have
Setup our workstation
Go through the records with you and tag each for appropriate cleaning level selected
We will inspect each record before beginning the process and denote any damage or issues with the vinyl.
During the clean process each record will be inspected between each stage, as minor scratches may become more visible
Once the records have been cleaned, dried and sleeved, they are ready to be enjoyed
We will happily answer any questions during the service and after completion.
Once everything is completed , we will breakdown our workstation and leave you to enjoy your exceptionally cleaned records.
